Three Stooges theme. That alone snags you eight stars. So you only had to be moderately funny. Without the theme, you get an eight, because I find nothing wrong with it but am not impressed for higher. So congratulations, 16 stars for you

Actually, it was Eggman in Japan, then the U.S. translators decided to switch it to something not potentially offensive, and cooler sounding. But, Awesome work. Capcom made Megaman 9, SEGA can make Sonic 4. Do it DAMNIT!
